Commis Chef

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Casual Commis Chef to join the team at the Peninsula Club in Dromana. If you’re all about good food, good people and a bit of controlled chaos — we’d like to hear from you.You’ll work with a solid kitchen team who know how to get the job done, back each other, and still have a laugh when things get hectic. From prep to pass, it’s hands-on, fast-paced and never boring.Located on Gibson Street, just one street back from the Dromana Pier, the Peninsula Club operates seven days a week from 9am. What We’re Looking For

  • Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience in the real world)
  • Food Allergens and Do Food Safely Certificate
  • Experience in a busy pub, bistro or high-volume kitchen
